Whales in Paradise, Charters in Paradise, Reef Ryder Island Cruise and Australian Whale Watching.
While Gold Coast Whale Watching Pty Ltd make every effort to safeguard clients they would like to advise that; All water activities include risk and all activities on board or off board are at individuals own risk. The company, directors and staff accept no responsibility or liability for any loss, accident or injury to persons or property. Whale Watching is not recommended for children under the age of 3 years and is an open water activity, should you have any concerns with motion sickness please consult a chemist. Should a whale not be sighted on your tour a free return cruise will be offered – no refunds. 2% credit card fee. All prices include taxes.
Cancellations, Refunds and Conditions
Company Cancellation Policy:
Cruises will be cancelled upon the discretion of the cruise operator taking into account the weather conditions of the day. Reschedule or full refund will be given.
Company Cancellation policy for Customers wishing to cancel or change their booking:
Small groups with less than 24 hours notice 100% of the fare.
Groups of over 8 people less than 72 hours notice 100% of the fare.
The operator reserves the right to refuse entry, substitute the vessel and change the day’s itinerary without notice. All cruises operated by Gold Coast Whale Watching Pty Ltd.
Guaranteed Sightings Policy
Should a whale not be sighted on your tour a free return cruise will be offered on the next available tour – no refunds.
